It seems like one of your questions that no one answered yet but maybe I misread it is that are there any combinations that were initially available but taken away and the answer to that is no. Some notes to add about someone who is able to create a shorty hybrid and that was fixed on P99 but in terms of EverQuest no class race combo has ever been shelved.
