not sure why this guy is getting so much heat. it's clear he doesn't want to accept 70k, perhaps he listed 80k obo with the intention of it pricing at 75k. it doesn't mean he has to accept any offer if he doesn't want to.
with higher end items it's usually more profitable for the seller to list higher and do obo and end up at a higher price than say 75k firm and have people still trying to haggle him down from there.
maybe it's the way he said he's stick to his original offer of 80k obo. i'm sure if someone legitimately offered closer to 80k but not exactly 80k he'd bite. if someone offered 79k and then he said no thanks 80k obo then I could understand.
