30, 35, 40, 45. You're blind as a bat if you can't realize that those are the classic hell levels.
The exp formula is known and easily verified besides the fact that you can just count "oh hey it took me 140 kills of this mob to get through 30 but it only took 68 to get through 29. Gee. Hrrrmmm."

A real bummer level though when you hit 31, 36, 41 and 46 and you die and lose 20% of your level bc of the amount of xp it took to get through the hell level. IMO hell levels are both....
