Looks mostly accurate from what I recall, but there were later revisions. Off the top of my head, this looks older since Guides were later restricted from certain zones (and/or areas of some zones) that were GM only (such as the Planes).

yeah this is pre-opening of Plane of Sky and refers to it as the CSR home zone
there were some pretty large revisions later on, mostly with regard to the Play Nice Policy and how to manage player disputes
