Are you trying to connect over wifi? Everquest emu is very finnicky when theres any amount of packet loss. Try hard wiring into your modem/router.

I tired both wireless and wired and it didn't fix my issue at the time. Good suggestion regardless. Might fix others issues.
Now it seems to be working for me but it seemed to resolve itself.
For people that are still having this issue, my no "server list" issue went away in about 24 hours after it started. Hopefully that gives you all hope!
