side note to tranquil staff stun effect - the worn off message appears WAY after what the stun duration actually is.

staff procs for 120dd
mobs stunned
mobs unstunned
mob starts hitting you again
one hundred blows spell has worn off

The actual duration of the stun is not lasting as long as the spell is intended when applied(proc'd) on the npc
