Ok so exemptions are done by account and would need all accounts in question to have an exemption to be able to log one on and have my brother log another on.

And me and my brother have played eq for years and years, don't do that kind of stuff to each other so no worries.

I don't want to box just was going to do different duo partners in different level ranges with my brothers using a friends account so I can just level him instead of starting my own.

And while we are talking about it, how would this type of situation be looked at: I log on a druid account, brother logs on his account I port him, he logs off his account logs on my account I port him again, then log off druid and log on myself and we continue on. Is that ok as long as we are only ever on 1 char at a time?

Would that trigger a red flag that might get us in trouble? Is that looked down upon even if it isn't against rules?

I'm loving the game so far and want to make sure I don't do anything that will cause problems.
It's legal, but you'd want to take some care to make it look like you're not boxing.

Running around flailing your arms on both characters simultaneously would probably work. That's hard for a single person to do [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

Another suggestion, is not to go afk for long periods of time while the other person is in party with you and killing stuff. Even though you might legitimately be afk and the other person isn't even capable of manipulating your character. To a casual observer/GM it looks exactly like multi-boxing.

The best possible thing to do is to make sure both characters are doing something at the same time that would be difficult to do if you were having to alt-tab or switch to different keyboards.

If MMORPG players were around when God said, "Let there be light" they'd have called the light gay, and plunged the universe back into darkness by squatting their nutsacks over it.
