I believe Manastone is easily worth 150-175k plat. That is a price I would expect to pay if I wanted to purchase one.
The items that I requested (with my math) added to be 205k. But I also don't believe a mithril 2h sword is worth 25k or djarns is worth 22k like everyone is trying to sell it for. Also that is why none of those items are selling.
So yes, the list is on the heavier side of demands, but everything is always negotiable.
