They are from
http://k2.org which in late 99 seems to have been hosting ShowEQ. K2.org didn't preserve them but this other site called
www.eqic.com did.
Opening the .xls I can see their created and modified dates are legit (check the Info tab). Spawn list is from Jan 15th 2000, weapons list is from Jan 6th 2000, and the necro merchant items list is from April 1999 - August 1999.
They have the inventories of the necro merchants in the Toxx forest hut which I think might be of particular interest.
