People aren't coming to P1999 <Non Green> to have a truly Classic experience - they are coming to slay dragons. Give them the ability on P1999 Blue/Red to slay dragons in a classic yet capable way. If they want the truly Classic experience, they'll roll green. Thus, as many people are served as possible without pushing away current Blue/Red tryhards. Warders? Blue/Red is where you can find them, but Green will never respawn after initial kill. Rooted dragons? Head to Green for your Classic experience. Go to Blue/Red to slay dragons without root for maximum Gearscore.
