When you do Vessel and Verona definitelt have a wand of allure and a reaper isn’t a bad idea either. Like they said they aren’t as hard to find up as they used to be. There are a few threads about which mobs to charm for the fights. Mana drain both when you are fighting them and do Verina on the ramp to better interrupt Cheal. Vessel dispels so you really want to drain him since he can’t be slowed and the charm breaks are rough as a result.
Pretty sure your best bet for Vessel is to find the pet that most use (forget the name) and bind near Vessel. Get it charmed and gate back to sewers and fight there and the pet will warp. Don’t even try to slow or tash. You want as littl Agro as possible when your recharming.
Also, make sure you don’t blow your faction in the Hole before you get the Ghost of Kindle. It’s significantly easier with faction.
