Someone 3+ levels higher takes more exp than a hybrid of equal level. Remember that.
Each group member you add takes a cut of the exp, but you get a 2% exp bonus.
Your share of the split depends on total exp from level 1 for that character. Whoever has more total exp takes a bigger cut.
