Lamentation Blade is the same ratio as Zweihander if I'm not mistaken. If my Ebony Bladed Swords are already matching Zweihander in output at 37, I'd guess Lamentation would perform similarly. From 40+ I'd expect dual wield to outperform 2h by a larger margin for both of the mentioned 2H.
