Hey all -
According to the wiki this was supposed to require level 55. There is a note that said that it was completed by a level 52. The proc level looks like it’s 46.
What is the lowest level this can actually be completed? I’m thinking it’s either 46 or 50.

A lot of the "required levels" on the wiki are just suggestions on when it should be done based on difficulty of mobs/quest. It's rarely a hard requirement.
