There seems to be a misunderstanding as to what we mean...
We know the boat is fine; in fact, I posted a method of boarding the boat whilst in the water.
What is down is the shuttle, as pictured below.
It never moves when the boat enters zone. The boat will stop where it should to wait for the shuttle (which never arrives) and then the boat leaves, continuing it's route.
EDIT:
Just swam around and watched boat enter zone. The shuttle never moved. As of this post, the only way off Odus is either by port, or the 'hit-or-miss' method I posted earlier.
