I am shaman, not related to rogues and I think they should be able to pick-pocket magic items, simply to make things more fun and make this server different from other MMORPG. Rogues that pickpocket will eventually get caught and build reputations around the server, making it more difficult for them to find a group, I guess im a classic extremist.
