Launch Titanium Bat does not work.
So I followed the instructions, installed Everquest Titanium into C:EQ folder. Got the latest P1999 patch on the installation guide instructions. Extracted and overwritten into the Titanium install as instructed, then launched the Titanium Launch Bat that came with the P1999 patch, and will get an error stating "Windows cannot find eqgame" along with a C Prompt saying C:\WINDOWS\System32>start eqgame patchme
What needs to be done?
