I have been killing gnolls in SK for the scroll turn in quest. Over the last few days the drop rate has been terrible. Everyone else I chatted with said the same. Do the devs nerf things without announcing? I remember the clicky item thing that poofed out of nowhere and it made me think something was up with this. Just seems odd and not sure how "nerfing" really works!

I am overseeing a team of rogues that are systematically pickpocketing the scrolls. Send me a tell in game if you would like to buy some, we even have a subscription model for people at gnoll camps.
