There is a macro to cast a spell on the last person to send you a /tell and then /reply with canned message before you /sit. Look that one up and play with the delays.

Sounds like that would just be:
/rt (/rtarget) - targets last person who sent you a tell
/cast 1 - casts SoW (assuming it's in slot #1)
/r
*canned message* - sends "you just got SoWed!"
/sit
(and then throw /pause
someNumber in-between as needed, as Grimstrike said)
