Try logging out and then back in?
Did anybody have your login info? They could have logged in to your account and deleted them.
Try posting in the petitions forum (so nobody but the GMs/Devs can see it) with your LS account name, character names, and whenever it was you last logged in. They should be able to investigate and find out what happened.
Edit: Also make sure you have your spell files and such up to date.
