I was going through old patch notes and came across this:

February 17, 2000

- A teleporter has been placed within the Plane of Hate in order to give non-casters a way out of the zone besides death, potion, or group teleport.


Is this something that we should have in this era? Is this something that was missed? This would be a nice addition if it's supposed to be there. Forgive me if this has already been brought up.
