Bard Song: Syvelian's Anti-Magic Aria
This song does not generate a text when cast on others.
Per the P99 wiki:
Cast on Self generates text: "You feel a pulse of static energy wash over you."
Cast on Others should generate text: "Someone is encased in a pulse of static energy."
Note that the Cancel Magic lands, its only the text that is the issue.
