Looking at pre-velious spdat files, it seems Mort Drowsy provided a '-20' to the effect value, which would be haste.


Looking at a Velious spdat file, the effect value was changed to '90' which would be a slow.


Years ago, these spell files were looked at and applied for the era changes. So, from what I see, it is functioning properly as coded and will change in Velious... but doesn't make much sense.


Anyone know more about this?
