This spell give an huge aggro, bigger than a DD. In fact this spell should give less aggro than the direct lifetap, It is a bit like the cleric direct heal who give high aggro and overtime heal who give less aggro. There is another weird thing too, if you have more than 1 mob on the pet 2-3-4-5, when you cast it, all the mobs will run to you , this is very weird and dangerous, like casting an area effet on mobs who are not taunted
