Why are prisons supposed to punish people? Have you heard of recidivism? Have you heard of our national debt?
I disagree, and I think continuing to do the same dumb ineffective shit isn’t “well thought out.” But I am not one of you guys, I don’t have all the answers. I am aware of my limitations.
