There is a lot of conflicting info, when exactly these deity symbol quests are added.
I've
nagged people on the forums a few times trying to get exact dates for each of the quests. I'd really like to update the wiki to reflect the precise month they were added.

Most (all?) of the deity quests were reworked a while ago, and should have went in with Kunark launch, including this npc.
