I was under the impression that after 30-60 seconds of being feign death'd it would clear aggro.
"your enemies have forgotten you"
This is not how it is currently working. Unsure if it is working as intended.

Was in KC this morning and could not get aggro to clear off a 3-4 mob FD. I tried waiting 3-5 minutes and I still re-pulled the mobs creating a bigger train.
