From the Magelo (with the same name:
Magelo Blue:Biddil) it looks like that screenshot is of a
Crown of Narandi.
EDIT: That helm had the wrong fashion category in the wiki (a failure on Allakhazam's part, as that's where the fashion data comes from). I fixed it to have the correct category of
Fashion: Custom Helm. All (ATM nine) helmets in that category should look the same ... possibly with different color tinting (if they have a different tint category).
