Reaver is way better. From 1-30 the difference is even bigger as the damage cap makes Argent Protector a legitimately bad weapon until 30.

Both of those weapons are very bad 1-20 and kinda meh 20-29. I suggest picking up a Sword of Mourning or Guardian's Mace or something for those levels and maybe a Jade Mace for 1-9 if you're leveling from 1.
