I saw this video where they put heart monitors on the pit crews. They were cool as a cucumber when the car was in the pit lane. When it pulled into the box, their heart rates doubled up in an instant and then it was done. High fives all round. Amazing.

Long distance running is HARSH. I have much respect for athletes that do this.
There is so much cool shit in this world. I like to look into a ton of different subjects <3

Used to play NASCAR on the PC in like 1996 or something was very deeeep game with tilting ur car just right for the track.

Running is an artform, there's safe ways to do it. I enjoyed learning, and I think I preserved my legs pretty well.
