So while another player was camping Larik last night (1/5/21), I spent a few hours checking SolA and Unrest for the pouch of red dust and the thick caustic fluid, and came up empty on those too. Went to Mistmoore as well for the fluid, but I didn't kill anything there, just got no responses in /ooc. So it seems at this point, that not only is Larik not around, but none of the further parts to the Tunare symbol quests are in yet.
I'll spend some more time looking and report back if I get any new info.
