Hope I don't get banned for this or hated
but from a Taiwanese perspective, most of us support trump even though we are
heavily based upon democracy
this is because we believe he can end the chinese communist party and he's the only
whose got the balls to stand up against china
all democrats care is about themselves and hating on trump because he's "racist"
If Biden was president, he will be just another puppet to china's strings
I'm no expert on politics, but I believe trump staying as president can help
Taiwan be free from China

Not a chance until jan 2025.
Game is over for him until the next election. And he's lost a lot of support. Americans aren't willing or able at this point I think to make the necessary economic changes and sacrifices to exist independently from China. It would mean an end to Walmart. As evidenced by the last 4yrs both parties really aren't. Our president also just isn't that powerful. The best presidents can really do is Veto stuff, essentially block legislation. And usually only temporarily in bipartisan cases.
Maybe in 15 years if both parties encouraged it and worked hard.
Wouldn't that screw Taiwan though too? You'd lose our economy as well. The best thing would for both our parties to take a real interest in regulating businesses so that buying produce from Florida is preferable for Floridan supermarkets, for example. That's a state issue and not really the purview of the Federal government which has just essentially been overstepping its bounds of late.
The US aside from its military, spy, and national security apparatus is essentially a bunch of small countries. You want the rich bad guys using our intelligence to thwart China, and honestly, I think Trumps military was way less effective than Dr. Evils or Obamas at doing sneaky effective stuff.
