-deactivate your virus-killer-program ... perhaps eqgame.exe will be blocked and deleted
-download everquest titanium again ?
-install eq-titanium
-copy the project 1999 files into the directory
-start the game with the Batch-file "Launch Titanium.bat"
-NEVER start eqgame.exe
