I've listened to a lot of debate on whether Drum of the Beast is max bard speed or if you can hit that cap with Drum of the March. The P99 Wiki shows a graph where these two drums intersect and align, but lower down there is a claim that Drum of the Beast is actually 156% and March is 155%.
It's no wonder I can't get a consistent straight answer. Where does this extra 1% even come from? Does anyone have any input on this?
Also, some people say Puretone will increase you movement speed further, but I personally haven't seen any evidence of this.
Does anyone have any hard evidence or are we to just speculate forever?
