Even after the spawn change, plat was much more frequent. Now it has been nerfed further to make plat drops rarer it seems.

Have you collected any data? I did in 2019 and logged over 6000 kills and it came out that it was 50% for 0-5p and 50% for 20-49p. I broke it down even further in a thread I posted when I noticed 6-19p was not in the range that can drop here:

I havnt noticed anything different with plat drops since the nerf but if you have collected current data you can compare to the thread I linked
