It's amazing how much people hate doing this themselves, alot of times there's basically a ready group that just didnt take the time to talk to each other.

Social anxiety mostly, I don't know how Mr. person-around-my-level-five-zones-away is going to react to me asking them if they want to group. Organizing a bunch of people, leading them somewhere, acknowledging them and keeping them happy...it does tend to cause me RL headaches. As silly as it might be to some, it really is hard for some people.
