I know many of you are going to shake your head and say "download the latest patch and extract the files you idiot!" And let me assure you you're not wrong.
I have downloaded the latest patch P99Files53.zip and extracted the files to my EQ install directory. I have even double checked that the sha256 sums match between the zip and what I have on disk. Despite this I still get a message that my spell files is out of date when I log in.
What am I missing? I feel like such an idiot!

Hard to say have you tried a fresh install of Titanium? Maybe launching the wrong Titanium launcher?
