in the mind of someone who collects comic books and stuff, it would sound great. Like you think about how we love EQ now, imagine if our SO was able to say "well he plays that damn everquest all the time, but he spent all month raiding last summer and bought me this ring!"
but the problem is, gold farming becomes the dommenant playstyle and suddenly people respond to tells like this "U SHUTUP LA~ I WIN GAME GO HOME~" and youre like wtf?
and the game becomes destroyed.
