Like of course, fresh tomatoes, fresh lettuce and peak bacon, for a BLT but what about the mayo?
I have one of those
mixer and it takes roughly 20 seconds to whip up fresh mayo from this baby.
Good organic, free range egg (I'm not one of those organic idiot but obviously, this is the highest quality you can get). Grab the yolk. Add a dash of quality mustard, dijon is best. Salt. pepper. (white pepper shine here) and whisk as fast as you can while slowly dripping oil in there. It'll emulsify and when you are satisfied with taste/quantity, drop in like 2-3 drops of white vinegar and call it a day.
Best sandwich ever now, hands down.
Especially if you went for that quality bread.
Like brioche, or potato bread.
P.S: if you never had potato bread, are you even that white? Also, you're missing out.
