Default How Effective/Broken is Scimitar of the Mistwalker?
Havent played in ages but still browse around the boards and subreddit. Saw that 5 of these dropped on Green. Is it crazy effective? Crazy cool? Anyone have a video/gif of the proc? Ive always been intrigued by this weapon.
