Just a note that this is still not working even after yesterday's Velious launch - still 6 hotkeys.

After completely logging off today i was able to get the 10 hotkeys (the extra 4 was hidden behind my chat so I had to move it up - lol)
However when you place a macro or item or spell in the slot, it works just fine but once you zone hot key slots from 7-10 reset and you have to reassign them.
