Your not having any luck Deadreaver because I don't think he spawns that way on live servers.
Alot of rare named or stuff had to be done with their own coding here on P99 cause some of the zones were so far gone to get that classic feel that had to go old school and im talking but yea. I don't think he spawns the same way on Live as he does P99
