I follower Ennewi’s piece of advice and tried to use CoS & Hide. It worked, and I was able to get the Dark Shroud. To improve my faction I also delivered the note to Paineel and back to Kerry Island.
Earlier today, I also joined a group of great people (Tinyheal, Crintin, Lifelord I would like to thank you again for your invaluable help) that was grinding down from Yael Pit up to UT and we ended up spawning & killing the Mummy of Glohnor.
I had to ask someone for an IVU when turning the Dark Shroud to the Ghost of Glohnor though, Hide would not get me to Indifferent.
