Title:
130,000 Kurds have been forced to flee their homes, hundreds have died
Russia and other dangerous regimes are thrilled

As is the case with many of Trump’s largely inexplicable world-changing decisions, pulling U.S. troops out of northern Syria was good news for Putin. Russia has long supported Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, who is opposed by the Kurds, in the Syrian Civil War. Now that the Kurds have been abandoned by the U.S.

...
Trump before he left office had a deal with the Taliban and reduced our forces to only 2,500 in Afghanistan. Calling the Taliban smart and sharp.

No doubt the explanation from our US troops were true. There was little to nothing they could do to reduce the injustices taking place before their eyes with so little US forces and support in Afghanistan.

This was Trump's deal and even though it was continued under Biden's presidency thank god there were less deaths than our allies had to endure when US troops left northern Syria.
Trump’s deal involved peace talks that never took place:

“But Biden can go only so far in claiming the agreement boxed him in. It had an escape clause: The U.S. could have withdrawn from the accord if Afghan peace talks failed. They did, but Biden chose to stay in it, although he delayed the complete pullout from May to September”

“If he thought the deal was bad, he could have renegotiated. He had plenty of opportunity to do that if he so desired,” Miller, a top Pentagon counterterrorism official at the time the Doha deal was signed, said in an interview”
