yeah it's all gravy, I can basically do what I like again but I still go through pain cycles where I overuse until I realize I am sweating and angry, and then have to take days off. My hands are a little shaky -- i felt like an old drunk giving my hand to a nurse to take vitals a few days ago. I'm still not sure I could hold a job etc., but with Juris taking care of me I am very lucky. It's less sad than it sounds. And the keyboard is absolutely stellar btw!
