I'm so outraged that armed men can demand papers from you at the road side under penalty of arrest with penalties up to a year in jail.
So its ok to demand paper work for your car, but not your body. Gotta register the title, get insurance, get a tag. You gotta show paper work for that? OMGGGGG OUTRAGE!!!
