Sorry to cut your post short,.. The earth can't even begin to sustain nearly that many people.
Around WW2 top scientists gathered to discuss the earths population and agreed if something wasn't done to curve population growth the earth would be unable to sustain itself.
This is why countries like china have or had the 1 child law.
