Finally to answer your initial remark of not being in the right subforum, i checked again and the goal of "Green and Teal Discussion" Subforum is
Discussion related to Project 1999 Green and Teal.
I find that wanting to build a community for euro and SEA people on green is a subject worthy of being discussed. Creating a guild is just the medium, not the final purpose.
