I’ve always been a huge fan of martial arts and MMA. Did Tae Kwon Do as a kid, went to nationals a few times for sparring. Not all that practical in a fight, but some things like movement and low kicks can be useful
I never lost my kicks, have a vid of me doing some on the heavy bag at my gym I might upload sometime
