its gonig up too but that's because bitcoin is going to be worth 500k because of inflation.
So even if the goverment dissolved the military, it wouldn't be able to change the unsurmountable stress the medical industry has put on our country.
The only way to fix it is to completely destroy the entire thing and hope that we can rebuild a better version of it from the ashes.
It's also worth remembering that 100% of research is payed for with grants/taxes none of those trillions pay for it.
